Sergeant Major Hall is, by far, one of the better leaders I've had to the pleasure to work with and for. We were deployed together in Afghanistand and if given the oportunity, I wouldn't hesitate to volunteer deploy with him again. He was a tough leader who kept me and the other Senior Enlisted Leader's on our toes.
Today, the Officer's and Staff Noncomissioned Officers of MASS-3 bid him farewell with a "Catfish Wednesday" lunch aboard one of the base club as he moves on to bigger and better things.
