MEMORIAL DAY - 2010

If you can read this, thank a teacher.  If you can read this in English, thank a Servicemember.

Memorial Day, which is observed on the last Monday of May, commemorates the men and women who died while in the military service. In observance of the holiday, many people visit cemeteries and memorials, and volunteers often place American flags on each grave site at national cemeteries.

    Today is the midway anniversary!

I have a lot to catch up on your blog, still been redecorating like crazy! Found a 1949 tv and 1947 stereo, two more things for hubby to fix, lol! :OP

  2. Thanks Erin - I know you're a teacher, so thanks to you!

I used to feel compelled to post every day, but then I realized that there is so much more out there to do - especially with A'stan coming up. I at least try and post every other day or so. Thanks for visiting.

I'm sure he's going to have fun with those fine vintage pieces.

    Cheers!!
