TK, as you may already know, is the handiest handyman this side of the Mississippi, so rest assured that any issues you come across will be thoroughly addressed.

They own two homes. One of which is a mere 5 miles from MCAGCC and the other is 20 miles...near Pioneer Town (Right down the street from Pappy and Harriet's Pioneertown Palace if you're into great music).

Both have one bedroom and one bathroom, but are really nice vintage, midcentury homes with large garages/workshops.
