SIMON COWELL - VINTAGE WORKWEAR SHIRT???

I was watching American Idol last night...er, I mean I was channel surfing...yeah, that's it.  I was channel surfing and caught a quick glimpse of Simon Cowell (at least that's what I was told his name was) wearing a chinstrap workwear-style shirt.  Workwear has now gone super mainstream.

It's been said that he drops a lot of scratch on his infamous plain t-shirts.  I wonder what he dropped for this shirt.

  1. Could be the white one from J. Crew?

  2. I don't think so. I have that one from JCrew, but his was more of a dressy, even tuxedo-ish shirt with verticle material on the front panels. Wierd. Wierd, I tell ya...

  3. Odd, but there could be another repro out there with just about every menswear store doing a chinstrap these days.

  4. Ready for this?
The producer for American Idol orders bracelets and shirts from the Self Edge online store (don't let this get past the comments section of your blog!).

  5. Well, that doesn't surprise me. Self Edge is known worldwide. I'll be pulling the trigger on a pair of Rider Dungarees soon.
