I used to lift weights.  I'd go to the gym for hours at a time and feel a good pump, but when I was introduced to CrossFit while serving in Afghanistan, I experienced something like never before.  I felt like I could conquer the world after just an hour, forty-five minutes or even twenty-minutes of high intensity interval training.

The gym I work out with now, Dynamis CrossFit in Carlsbad, Ca, is offering a complimentary class for free ... no obligation.  If you've ever wondered what the hubbub was about, this is a great opportunity to learn what it's all about through the best coaches around.  What I love about this gym is being able to get the best workouts with a team of such amazingly friendly folks.
