1930'S HARLEY-DAVIDSON SALES SHIRT

What a great piece of Harley memorabilia.  Half-zip, early Talon zipper, chin strap, yet super large and insanely priced.  Currently being offered for $899.99 with a $999.99 Buy It Now by lo71.

Not familiar with this style of patch - either it's very old or new and freshly affixed.  The 1930's/1940's wings are usually filled in with silver thread.  I've seen lined drawings of patches in 1930's catalog's without the wings filled in...could this be the patch?
