THE OL' DAYS

After a very long break from theater movie-watching, Jillian and I had a Korean BBQ dinner and movie date.  We caught the late showing of Hot Tub Time Machine - not a great movie by ANY stretch, but it did remind me of my younger days...

1992 - (l to r) Victor, Me, Bryant, Hector - Check out the hairspray pomp's

1994 - Attending a gig during Ronnie Mack's Barn Dance at the Palomino.  Don't remember who played that night, but it was probably one of the regular weekly bands - Big Sandy and his Fly-Rite Boys or Russell Scott & His Red Hots.

    Hah, is that Rockin' Vic? I remember seeing him in Continental Restyling with the club jackets with the Stray Cat's logo on it.

    That'd be him. At VLV he reminded me of how we've been living this dream for almost twenty years now.

    Continental Restyling was the only cool magazine of the '90s. Back issues pop up every now and then on the Bay.

    Mick, it would be illegal for us not have DA's :)
