I've struggled with one-legged squats (aka "Pistols") for a very long time and on my very first attempt at it while wearing "Boots & Utes," I nailed it. This gives a whole new meaning to donning our "Superman Suit."
Toes are supposed to be pointed at the bottom position, but boots make it difficult to do. I'll take it either way.
