Ross from San Diego asked if I knew of any Cobblers in the area and after a little research happened upon One Day Shoe Repair in Vista. I drove by this shop over a year ago and always wanted have a pair of my boots done up, but never got around to it.
The shop has been in business since 1959 and Thomas Fleming has owned it now for about 26 years. He mainly works with Vibram soles, but mentioned the possibility of obtaining Cat's Paw's through his distributor.
This shop is definitely worth a try.

- Great shoe repair places are getting harder and harder to find. This is one...but...he's still hard to find. He's tucked into old town Vista. I've had three pairs of shoes/boots repaired here. Each was in better shape after worked on here than when they were new and the prices are very reasonable.
- Brought my 5.10 rock climbing shoes in to get re-soled. Came back the next day and they were good as new. He even uses the same stealth C4 rubber that 5.10 uses. The price was great too.
