THE TOUGHEST TODDLER ON THE BLOCK

Marjorie:  Floyd, Jack needs a new pair of shoes.  I was thinking we could go to Woolworth's and pick up  a pair of penny loafers.

Floyd:  Penny loafers?  No son of mine is going to wear penny loafers!  We're going to get him a pair of Engineer Boots with tripple leather soles and metal taps on them so the neighborhood kids are aware that he's around.
