MEXICAN SKULL RINGS ARE BACK

Just when I thought Mexican rings saturated the market to the point where you can get them for under a bill, I ran accross these two.  Sure, they would've brought in a few more bills just two or so years ago, but still not a bad deal for the sellers - and they aren't even the best I've seen.  A better economy?
