A very tiny restaurant with sidewalk seating in an Oceanside mini strip mall, there's usually a wait. Ours was thirty minutes, but this was negligible as the Banana Crunch French Toast completely made up for it. They make the waiting period very enjoyable as there is a self-help mini coffee bar outside (think 7-Eleven).
The Banana Crunch (Honey Bunches of Oates?) French Toast topped with whipped cream is K-I-L-L-E-R. The serving of banana slices are proportionate to the four large home-made half slices of bread - It's a hefty helping really made for two.
*Thanks, again, for the shirt John

Mmmm!! Please send some my way! Hey, you don't know what that seller is wanting as a reserve for that H-D sweater below, do you? That's awesome!
ReplyDeleteHi Eddie, thanks for the kind words! Did you pick the knits up at the "Bowl"? The name is Beach Break Cafe - i guess it was meant to feed the hungry local surfers, because their portions are very generous.
ReplyDeleteHey Erin - I'm not sure, but the Indian sweater is at $81.00 and the reserve has been met. He/she had buy it now prices for around $140 on his ended sweaters, so I imagine these are in the same great neighborhood.
Thanks and Cheers!!
john, i got it at the "bowl." I have family that works at the bowl so got there at 5 and found the knit dirt cheap. Hey man would it be cool if i steal some of your pics you post on your blog?
