Nice pair of boots. Not the best profile, but still pretty neat. More interesting are the markings. The Boot & Shoe Worker's Union was established in 1895 in Boston. Not too familiar with this type of sole, but I have seen a Neolite sole advertisment from 1947. Pretty cool deal at $293, but unless you ride a bike, 16+ inches would be a bit extreme for fashion's sake.
