It's Physical Fitness Test season in the Marine Corps, so it's time to stop nursing my injured foot and get back to running. It's a slow-going process since I've used my injury as an excuse to curb a lot of my physical training lately, but my goal to get my 3-mile run back down to sub 19:50. A perfect 18:00 would be ideal, but I barely got close to that on two good tires.
