UPDATE: JOHN LOFGREN & CO. ENGINEER BOOTS

I just received some exciting news from Mr. Lofgren today regarding his much anticipated Engineer Boots.  Here are the latest updates on the final sample:

* Extra stack on the heel
* Double stitching around top of shaft

* Hand stitched shaft seam 

* Double stitching on both sides of vamp strap

* Changed to D width

Production has been delayed just a skosh due to a setback in receiving some components from his distributors.  Having said that, production is expected to start around the end of May. Until then, however, enjoy the glory of the new John Lofgren & Co. Engineer Boots.
