I really enjoy seeing Vintage Engineer Boots that were actually used for racing - if only these boots could talk. The price in which these boots sold for is just right. There's no telling why they sold for so little. Either way, removing the accessories and polishing these right up won't take much time. If these were my size, I'd have paid much more for them and rock 'em out in this condition...minus the racing accessories.
I'm not sure I agree on them being from the 1930's as one piece composition soles like this usually indicate later footwear, but a period resole is absolutely possible. The uppers, however, scream early 1940's.
