These Beck's are the third pair of its kind that have sold recently at an average cost of approximately $700 dollars each. Engineer Boot fans out there know that if these were 10 to 12 inches tall, they'd sell for no less than $1,000. The reality, though, is that we would be hard-pressed to find an actual shorter pair of this model.
In the past, I've featured amazing 10" to 12" Vintage Engineer Boots that started life in a factory as 18" Riding boots and they actually look really good...especially if you find the right Cobbler.
